Rescue Long Line, Helicopter

LSI Rescue Long Lines are manufactured using Amsteel II, a double braided rope that derives its high strength from a braided Dyneema SK-60 fiber core. The braided polyester cover creates a firm rope and serves as abrasion protection to the strength core. This rope has extremely low elongation and is a lightweight replacement for wire rope. For added visibility, wear life and color identification, our Amsteel II Long Lines come with a Samthane coating in orange.

The standard configuration consists of spliced canvas Eye Sleeves at both ends. Hardware includes a Swivel Shackle with Clevis Pin installed on the top and a Double Locking Snap Hook installed at the bottom. This configuration allows for a variety of hookup options, and enables the lines to be linked together if necessary. Obviously, we can modify this setup with any hardware configuration you desire.
