Description
Helly Tech® is Helly Hansen's trademark for waterproof/breathable Workwear. Using a combination of micro porous (hydrophobic) and hydrophylic coating layers, Helly Tech® actively transports perspiration vapor while keeping wind and rain at bay. The hydrophylic layer creates the "pull" in the push-push-pull system by pulling the moisture away from the first two layers of clothing and driving it toward the micro porous layer of the coating and to the cooler, dryer air outside. The result: Helly Tech® prevents water from penetrating the garment while at the same time allows moisture to be transported away from the body.
Using the Helly Hansen approved testing method of following standards are in place to assure Helly Tech's functional performance: Waterproofness - ISO 811 = 3,000 mm Breathability - CGSB 2.4.2 => 2,500 g/m 2/24 hrs The Vortex Jacket Features:
