In the event a Helicopter Hoist cable is sheered due to a frayed cable or it is cut or breaks, the QuickSplice™ quickly and easily allows the hoist operator to reattach a hook to the cable to continue the rescue or mission.

In the event a Helicopter Hoist cable is sheered due to a frayed cable or it is cut or breaks, the QuickSplice™ quickly and easily allows the hoist operator to reattach a hook to the cable to continue the rescue or mission.
  • Quick & easy to install & use. No tools required
  • Corrosion resistant- anodized aluminum body, stainless steel self-locking shackle. Rated to 2,500 lbs.
  • No need to cut the bitter end of the cable off before installation.
  • No threading through holes or channels. Just a simple wrapping process.
  • Steps engraved on cable splice for easy training.
Compatible with hooks with swivel eyelets. Shown wrapped with broken cable. Also shown is optional MS Helicopter Hook and newer style Rescue Hook.
