Standard USCG Boat Safety Belt. The waist belt buckle is a double locking Quick Release Safety Buckle constructed of high strength stainless steel. The attachment straps are quick-adjusting with all stainless steel hardware. Designed to be many times stronger than any loading it is likely to encounter.
